Elkhier is built for children learning with a live teacher. Parents or guardians create the account and enroll the child. We process children's data to deliver lessons, match teachers, schedule sessions, report progress, and support the family.

Children's profiles and session data sit under the parent account. Teachers and admins only see what they need to teach and operate the service.

We use data to run live lessons, match and rematch teachers, schedule and reschedule sessions, verify payments, invoice hourly usage, send operational notices, and answer support requests.

Access to student, teacher, and admin areas is separated by authenticated realms. We use access controls and standard hosting practices to protect accounts and files. No security measure is perfect; please protect your login details.

We keep account, student, session, and billing records while your account is active and as long as we need them to run packs, resolve disputes, and keep finance records.

When you ask us to delete data, we remove what we can under product and operational constraints. A fixed statutory retention schedule will be published once counsel sets it.

Elkhier is based in Marrakech, Morocco, and teaches families in many countries. Staff and systems that support lessons may process data from Morocco while serving families abroad.
