A clear, step by step program for heritage learners, taught live and one on one, with a plan built on your child's real level in each skill, not their age.
Many children abroad hear Arabic at home but read, speak, and write it at very different levels. Elkhier assesses four skills separately, listening, speaking, reading, and writing, then builds a plan around where your child actually is.
Stage 1
CEFR Pre-A1 to A1The foundation: the Arabic letters, their sounds, and the first steps in reading and writing. For children who don't know the letters yet, or who need a solid base.
Goal: Read simple words and sentences, write letters and words well, understand easy and familiar Arabic, and express themselves in short, simple sentences.
Stage 2
CEFR A2 to B1Building real language through listening, understanding, and speaking, around everyday life: home, family, school, friends, food, play, and feelings.
Goal: Understand Arabic in everyday situations, speak in clear sentences, follow age appropriate stories, and interact with the teacher more confidently.
Stage 3
CEFR B1 to B2Deeper texts, organized expression, and grammar introduced in a simple, enjoyable way, now that the child already understands and uses the language.
Goal: Read deeper texts, express themselves both orally and in writing, and understand and apply the basics of grammar in real speech and writing.
Three stages, from the first Arabic letter to confident reading, writing, and conversation.
We assess listening, speaking, reading, and writing separately, then set a plan around your child's real level in each one.
Your child learns to understand and speak first. Grammar comes later, once the language is already in use, so the rules feel natural rather than difficult and boring.
Every session is live with a certified, vetted teacher who follows your child's progress, never recorded video.
